We worked closely with one of the best town planning consultants to meet the client’s vision for a refurbishment and upward extension within tight space parameters, while also adhering to local council’s requirements. This client had a good understanding of colour schemes, materials and the limited space enabling us to work in unison to achieve their upward extension which still allowed for high ceilings on the ground floor and included a BBQ entertaining area with a zero-threshold doorway. Blending the extension with the original footprint of the house was a happy outcome for our client.
